Chair Cushions

At last I finished the four chair cushions (with box corners) I had planned one year ago, oh yeahhhhh!
Now I am very happy with them because they are very useful and the perfect complement for my terrace´s chairs, love the colors and the fabric, specific exterior fabric with bright colors.

I have a tissue box in each room of my house, so I thought it would be a good decoration idea to make a crochet tissue box cover.

Ethiopian binding

Hi there!
Today I will show you another type of binding: Ethiopian binding.
I like this type of binding because you can open the book completely and is very useful to write in both sides of the pages and also you can use fabric for the covers, don´t you thing it is amazing? I can imagine all the books I can make with so many beautiful fabrics on my shelves <3

It is very similar to "Coptic binding" (please refer to a previous post "coptic binding"); the difference is on the way the sides sewings are done, as you can see all the sewing are equal using chain stitch.

T-shirt Yarn Crochet Carpet

Hi there!

We start new series: "Crocheting".
We start with a T-shirt yarn carpet. As you can see this type of yarn is completely different from wood yarn or perle yarn, and it can be used for making: carpets, baskets, bags...
The way of working this type of yarn is the same as working normal crochet but you will have to use hooks number 12/15 (N/P/Q), depending on the yarn´s thickness.

Knitted Hats

Good morning!

I don´t know where you live, but here in Spain days are being soooooo cold!!
So if you are going out, the best you can do is to wear a warm knitted hat!
Hope you like it =)

How to:

Hat
Cast on 82 stitches, size 6 needles

Row 1: *2K1, 2P1* repeat from * to *
Repeat row 12 times.
Row 14: *K1* repeat from * to *
Row 15: *P1* repeat from * to *
Repeat rows 14, 15 until you have a 6`` long piece.
From now on you have to decrease 6 stitches on each row until you only have one stitch in the needle.
I have decrease by making two stitches together: 2Ktog or 2Ptog depending on the row you are working on.
Finally you will need a yarn needle to sew the hat.

Crochet flower
Start with an 8 stitches magic ring
In next rows you will use pop-corn stitch. Make as many rows as the desired flower size you want.
